Introduction: Locali Seasoned

I'm excited to announce Locali Seasoned, my new business venture creating curated cooking class food experiences. Each unique class offers the expertise of a variety of local chefs in the community and is followed up with a family style dinner party providing a full culinary experience from start to finish.

By collaborating with local artisans, it is my goal to highlight the diversity of our community through food and to provide you with a deeper connection to the people around you. In my 15 years in the fashion industry, I’ve learned how vital cohesive storytelling is for consumer connectivity and I strive to translate that into these classes. I provide an experience that allows you to connect to the cuisine you are preparing by understanding where it came from and the passion behind each chef that is helping you create it. Each aspect of the night contributes to you being able to walk away with a better understanding and deeper appreciation for the meal you have prepared and the people you have prepared it with.

After leaving the corporate fashion world, I was fortunate enough to spend the summer soaking up as much time with my kids as possible while also reflecting on what aspects of my career I enjoyed the most and how to make them more of a focus go forward. That is what then led me to launching Locali Seasoned.
