• What is the class format?

  We have allotted designated kitchen time slots for the cookie making portion of the class but guests are welcome anytime between 11-2pm.

  There will be additional dining space with a coloring table and hot cocoa for before and after cookie baking.

• What's included in the ticket price?

  Interactive hands-on and demonstration style cookie class led by one of our industry professionals.

  Learn skills, tips and insightful storytelling from our expert Baker.

  This is a family friendly class. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended age is 6+.

  You will be making and decorating 4 gingerbread cookies and 4 candy coated chocolate dipped pretzels. Hot cocoa and water will be provided. There will also be festive music and a holiday coloring table.

  Get ready for a unique and unforgettable experience!

• Are aprons provided?

  Absolutely! Adult and kid-sized aprons will be provided.

  We also recommend wearing your hair pulled back and closed toe, non-slip shoes for the cooking class portion of the experience.

  All kitchen tools provided for class use.

  Our cooking classes take place in the test kitchen at Partake Collective in downtown Long Beach

• Where do I park?

  Street parking. There is some construction going on around the building but you can park in the grocery store lot across the street as well.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Please notify us via email at info@localiseasoned.com at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
