Join Pasta Mark, a seasoned pasta expert with a passion for Italian cuisine, for an unforgettable hands-on ravioli-making experience. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, this class will guide you through the art of crafting delicious, restaurant quality Italian food from scratch.
Then after the cooking portion, we will all gather around our communal dining table to connect and enjoy our deliciously prepared dishes!
Menu descriptions:
Garlic Herb Focaccia ~ Golden, airy focaccia infused with herbs, topped with roasted garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.
Lemon Ricotta Ravioli ~ Delicate hand-crafted pasta filled with creamy ricotta, zesty lemon, and a hint of Parmesan, finished with a light sauce.
Farmer’s Market Salad ~ A beautiful salad made up of seasonal fresh ingredients from the farmer’s market tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Tiramisu ~ The ultimate Italian dessert, our favorite!
Water is provided and beer, wine and other beverages are available for purchase in our on-site market prior to class. If you prefer to bring your own wine, a $15 corkage fee will be applied.
