First, they will be guiding you through how to select, season and cook various cuts of steak to perfection while providing you the opportunity to taste and compare the differences. Next, everyone will then have the opportunity to prepare a perfect 4-course steak dinner. Then after the cooking portion, we will all gather around our communal dining table to connect and enjoy our deliciously prepared cuisine!

Menu descriptions:

Spinach stuffed mushrooms ~ This mouthwatering appetizer is stuffed with baby spinach, garlic, onions, a variety of cheeses, and breadcrumbs. 

New York Strip Steak with Herb Roasted Baby Potatoes and Broccolini ~ Each portion includes a 6-oz perfectly seared New York Strip accompanied by a side of crispy herb roasted baby potatoes and charred broccolini.

Chocolate Soufflé ~ Indulge on a rich, fluffy classic dessert. Topped with powdered sugar, this is a dessert you can’t miss out on!

Water is provided and beer, wine and other beverages are available for purchase in our on-site market prior to class. If you prefer to bring your own wine, a $15 corkage fee will be applied.
