By using recipes from her mother and grandmothers’ repertoires, she’s brought a taste of Lagos to Long Beach. Starter- Akara (Nigerian honey bean fritters) with palm oil obe ata dipping sauce
Soup- Catfish Peppersoup with sweet potatoes and plantains
Main Course- Egusi stew with beef and Pounded yam
